Hanauma Bay on
Oahu is one of the
most famous Hawaii snorkeling spots because the calm waters of the bay
are perfect for snorkeling. This also means that it is hugely popular
with tourists and can be quite crowded. About three miles off the
shores of Maui, the islet of Molokini is a volcanic cone and offers
perfectly clear waters and tons of sea life. Additionally, the island
of Lanai is another popular destination for snorkeling in Hawaii because
of its well developed coral reefs.
