<p>Most serious snorkelers know the basic rules of snorkeling &#8211; with regard to safety as well as <a href="http://www.philstar.com/Article.aspx?articleId=770269&amp;publicationSubCategoryId=79" target="_blank">conservation</a>.</p>
<p>In the case of the former, <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info/snorkeling-safety/index.html" target="_blank">read it, learn it, live it.</a> In the case of the latter, intelligent conservation is the key.</p>
<p>Good snorkeling practices are <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info" target="_blank">good for everyone. </a></p>

<p>Steve Miller once proclaimed &#8220;everything&#8217;s better when wet,&#8221; (see <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKHcxzHRtkU" target="_blank">&#8220;Jungle Love&#8221;</a>), and, as <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info/snorkeling-basics/index.html" target="_blank">snorkeling enthusiasts</a>, we&#8217;d have to agree. Except when it comes to computers.</p>
<p>Now, due in no doubt to the <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info" target="_blank">overwhelming demand</a> (what&#8217;s the text format for sarcasm?) for a tablet you can take underwater, we&#8217;ve got <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/yes-this-tablet-is-submerged-in-a-tank-of-water-and-working-perfectly-2012-1" target="_blank">this</a>.</p>

<p>Usually when we go to the Virgin Islands, <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info/snorkeling-locations/virgin-islands/index.html" target="_blank">St. John</a> is our first choice as a snorkeling destination. But reading <a href="http://www.thedailymeal.com/where-eat-sleep-and-play-st-croix" target="_blank">this</a> makes us wonder if we&#8217;ve been giving <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info/snorkeling-locations/virgin-islands/index.html" target="_blank">St. Croix</a> short shrift.</p>
<p>We&#8217;ve snorkeled St. Croix before, of course, but it&#8217;s been a while. Maybe <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info" target="_blank">it&#8217;s time</a> to go back!</p>

<p>We all love <a href="http://www.snorkeling.info" target="_blank">reef fish</a>. But most prefer to see them in the ocean, not in a fish tank. But a big retailer has another take on things, and that&#8217;s got <a href="http://blog.sfgate.com/hawaii/2012/01/04/snorkel-bob-steps-up-protests-over-petcos-sale-of-reef-fish/" target="_blank">Snorkel Bob</a> hot under the collar, so the speak.</p>
